Does it get heated when something hot is poured in the cup? Does it catch scratches easily?

No, I bought bowls and cup separately. Regarding the quality, the gloss is good, and it is scratch proof even when rubbed with a scrubber which I really liked. It also does not get heated from outside when something hot is poured. It is not fragile and has intact clay formation. I’d recommend it 😀
