Boson's operations were growing faster than the systems holding them together. Fragmented task tracking, scattered service records, and limited visibility between office and field created gaps that slowed delivery and weakened accountability.
Mission Sustainability designed and developed an application that unified two very different workflows — administrative planning and on-ground execution — into one clear, reliable, and purpose-built experience.
Visual Idenity system
The visual language was built around clarity, trust, and the calm precision of water systems.
A confident blue palette — moving from deep navy to soft, light-washed tones — anchors the interface in credibility while keeping it clean and easy to scan. Subtle visual cues inspired by water and flow carry through the interface, and status is communicated at a glance through consistent colour signals, helping users move quickly through delayed, ongoing, and completed work without friction.
Typography
Inter was chosen for its modern, highly legible character.
A clear type hierarchy, balanced spacing, and disciplined sizing bring structure to dense operational screens — keeping task lists, project cards, and service forms readable in fast-moving, on-site conditions.
Iconography
A clean, rounded icon system keeps the interface approachable and instantly understandable.
Simple, consistent symbols for tasks, projects, locations, and status reduce cognitive load — helping both admins and technicians navigate intuitively, even under pressure in the field.
App Development
The final application was built to feel fast, reliable, and effortless to use where it matters most.
Secure OTP-based login, real-time task and project sync, calendar-based scheduling, and structured service reporting with photo and document capture ensure the platform holds up on-site, in real time, and across every stakeholder.
