About Catch Foundation

Catch Foundation is a non-profit organisation that focuses on afforestation and increasing green cover across the country. From 2016, they have grown 45+ dense forests across Gujarat and have solid network of 500+ eco-warriors. Despite its strong on-ground work, the organisation was facing significant challenges that were affecting its growth and impact.

Challenges & Solutions

Winning stakeholder’s trust

Lacked a robust system to monitor and track the progress of forest plantation projects in real-time, making it difficult to show updates to key stakeholder’s.

Afforestation impact tracking platform

We built a backend system on custom CMS and did on-ground staff training for entering progress of each project. Making it easy to quickly track updates across all projects.

Organisational inefficiency

Existing flat team structure was not suitable to meet the organisations goal. Lost and scattered communication between on-ground team and admin team impeded effective project management.

New Processes & Teams

We worked closely with the team to define and set up organisational team chart with clear roles and responsibility. Setting up processes with proper tools that helped teams work efficiently.

Limited growth opportunities

CATCH Foundation was not exposed to potential of collaborating with the national levele government initiatives and organizations. Also, a limited knowledge on approaching these organizations.

Communication & Partnerships

Our team helped opened gateways for CATCH to work with these entities with impactful PITCH decks and partnership proposals.

Brand presence on Social media

Identifying the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) was a major hurdle. Understanding who to target and which markets were most suitable for their product was unclear.

Amplifying CATCH’s Brand Presence

Mission Sustainability first identified the root cause by conducting extensive research and analysed the best-performing content in the environmental conservation field. We found that authenticity from on-ground activities boosted brand trust and impact.
We then worked closely with Catch Foundation’s on-ground project managers to capture authentic information create from their afforestation sites. We used photographs and videos to showcase the organization’s impact, making it more relatable to the audience. This helped generate transparency and increase user engagement across Catch Foundation’s digital channels.

Over the course of our one-year collaboration, we equipped CATCH with 250+ social media posts and 25 videos covering diverse aspects of afforestation, along with all necessary print materials. This strategy significantly expanded their following and reach on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Empowering CATCH with Digital instrastructure

We recognised the urgent need for CATCH Foundation to showcase their on-ground work both to stakeholders and on digital platforms such as their website. With numerous activities happening on-site, we streamlined a process that allowed on-ground staff to share updates with stakeholders.

To support this, we developed Afforestation impact tracking platform and trained their on-ground team to use it effectively. This enabled timely updates across digital channels, increasing individual donations through website and attracting more CSR collaborators.
